How Kuvi's plans differ and how to upgrade, with no card required to start.

Kuvi has four plans. You start free on Spark and upgrade whenever you're ready, from Settings → Billing.

The plans at a glance

  • Spark — free forever, up to 5 users. Core projects, tasks, chat, a 5-key Key Docker vault and a view-only Resource Split.
  • Starter — for small teams running client work: more users, attendance and leave, Key Docker with unlimited keys and team sharing, GST invoicing and a recent audit log.
  • Growth — the full engine: unlimited users, the complete Resource Split (effort and cost), unlimited GST invoicing with Tally export, custom roles, and a one-year audit log. Includes a 14-day free trial.
  • Business — everything in Growth plus the Android app and custom domain included, enforced workspace security, an unlimited audit log and priority support.

Start a trial or upgrade

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Pick a plan. Growth offers a 14-day free trial — no card required.
  3. Your new limits and features apply immediately.

If a trial or subscription lapses, your data is never deleted — your workspace simply returns to the free Spark limits until you renew.
