Welcome to Kuvi
What Kuvi is, who it's for, and how to create your workspace in a couple of minutes.
Kuvi is one tool to run a small tech company. Instead of stitching together a project tracker, an HR app, an invoicing tool and a chat app, you get them in a single workspace — with one thing none of the others have: a Resource Split that shows exactly how much of your team's time and money went to client Service work versus your own Product.
Who Kuvi is for
Kuvi is built for Indian tech teams of roughly 10–50 people who do both:
- Service — projects you bill clients for.
- Product — software you build and own.
If you've ever struggled to answer "how much did we actually spend building our product last month?", that's the question Kuvi was made to answer.
Create your workspace
- Go to the sign-up page.
- Enter your company name — this becomes your private workspace on its own
subdomain (e.g.
yourcompany.kuvi.work). - Create your owner account with your work email.
- You'll land on your dashboard with a short getting-started checklist.
Every company gets an isolated workspace. Your data is never mixed with another company's, and you control exactly who can see what.
What to do next
- Invite your team so they can join.
- Create your first project and tag it Service or Product.
- Skim Navigating Kuvi to learn the layout.
You start on the free Spark plan — no card required — and can upgrade any time from Settings → Billing.
